How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Local (Nigeria): 2-5 business days
International: 5-12 business days

How long will it take to get my package?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you experience any delays, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and shapewear that have been tried on cannot be returned.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@snatchaninch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued as store credit or back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
